REFUNDS, RETURNS & CANCELLATION
We thank you and appreciate your purchase from Lovely Wedding Mall.
If due to any reason, unavoidable circumstances or beyond the limitations of the vendors the order is not shipped to you then the order shall be cancelled and refunded. In the event, the order/product is delivered and has been cancelled for a refund due to product damaged, delivery of a wrong product etc. the refund is processed.
We reserve the right shipping a product to you. We can refuse an order if we do not want to serve you, without any legal repercussions.
RETURNS CRITERIA:
Customers seeking to return or exchange a product for any reason must notify Lovely Wedding Mall within 24 hours of receiving the product by the following methods:
- You can place a Return/Exchange request from the ‘Order History’ section under ‘My Account’. After 24 hours cancellation will not be possible.
- The buyers may also send an email to support@lovelyweddingmall.com or contact Customer Care on 0288-2675835 for any queries.
1. INCORRECT OR SUBSTANDARD GOODS
In case a User has received the wrong product, the product is damaged or if the product is not up to the expected and assured quality is within our scope for return, the buyer may choose to have the product returned and seek for a refund or exchange the same for another piece of the same products.
The Buyer must ship the Product back to us within 7 days of raising the request for exchange or refund. Or the Buyer can request for a pickup of the product to be returned. The expense for shipping the product back to us shall be borne by us if the Buyer is from India. The buyer chooses to ship the products by themselves, shipping charges of up to Rs.300/- will be reimbursed by us upon submitting the courier receipt to us.
No refund request is permitted for products specifically customised for the buyer.
We do not entertain requests for reverse pickup for exchange raised due to irregularities or issues related to size or colour of product. For locations where reverse pickup is not possible by us then the customer has to ship the parcel back to us.
For the refund request of damaged products:
· The buyer must send us photographs of the damaged product on mail received to our custome care team.
· Upon accessing the complaint raised, the customer will be notified whether they are eligible for an exchange or refund in the form of store credit.
· Only severe manufacturing defects which render the product unusable or unfit to be worn will be considered as damage.
· A colour variation or defects due to normal wear and tear will not be considered as damage.
International Buyers who wish to return the products must bear the customs duty and other related expense while returning the Product. The products returned by the international customers will be considered only if the customs duty has been paid and the Product has reached our shipping address.
2. PACKAGING OF ITEMS FOR RETURN
· To return an item, please pack them in the original packaging.
· Please include your name, postal address, email address, telephone numbers, as well as your order number, the shipping ID, and item number.
· We encourage you also to include a brief description of the reason for the return.
· The products for return will be picked by our delivery partners from the address where they were delivered on the acceptance of your request for return by the Vendor.
· The Buyer must ensure the labels are intact on the product and it is packed in the same packet it was delivered in before the same is shipped to us.[D1]
· In the event that the product is not in compliance with the said requirements, the Company can reject the return request and return the product back to the Buyer.
3. REFUND
Refunds will be issued strictly in the form of store credits of the same amount of the products returned. The Buyer will not incur any charges for the processing of the refund. We will withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back.
Refund Process:
· Once we receive the goods and have verified that the same have not been tampered or used by the Buyer, the refund is issued in the form of Store Credit, which will reflect on the Buyer’s account on the Platform.
· We typically issue your refund within 2 business days of the goods returned being received by us and the same being considered as defect eligible for a refund by our quality processing team.
· The refund shall be accepted at the discretion of the Company and shall be provided when exchange is not possible and we are completely satisfied about the genuineness of the request.
4. CANCELLATION
As a User, you may cancel your order at within 24 hours till the product/products ordered for have been dispatched by the Vendor. In such a case we will refund payments, if any, already made by you under the relevant order. Any return or refund will be in accordance with our return refund policy as set out above.
The Company at its sole discretion may cancel any order(s):
a. if it suspects a User has undertaken a fraudulent transaction, or
b. if it suspects a User has undertaken a transaction which is not in accordance with the Terms of Use, or
c. in case of unavailability of a product, or
d. for any reason outside the control of the Company including causes for delivery related logistical difficulties
e. if the Company does not want to do business with the User
Further, while all measures are taken to ensure accuracy of product specifications and pricing, the details of a product as reflected on the Website may be inaccurate due to technical issues, typographical errors or incorrect product information provided to the Company by a supplier and in such an event you shall be notified as soon as such error comes to the notice of the Company. In such event, the Company reserves the right to cancel your order and refund any money that may have been paid by you towards the purchase of such products.
We maintain a negative list of all fraudulent transactions and non-complying users and reserve the right to deny access to such users at any time or cancel any orders placed by them in future.
